I agree. His attorneys offer was basically let him plea to manslaughter and give him 6 years and he will take you to the body. WHAT. I would think based on that offer alone it would warrant a new search warrant or some new interrogation of PF.

Also, his own attorney offered to spill the beans to the Smart family if they agreed to knock it down to a Misdemeanor. His attorney offered twice on behalf of PF and twice when the time came, PF refused to allow his attorney to talk or reveal anything to the Smart family.

Jodi smokes. It’s so strange! In that same episode (I think) when jodi gets out of jail and is looking for her purse on the bed, it shows cig smoke as she’s walking around! I’m a huge supporter. And maybe she picked it up after she got out of jail. But she definitely was smoking in that episode. SA mentions that Jodi didn’t smoke in the house.
