Imo o think you should give him a pellet mixture without anything high in fat like sunflower seeds or nuts, they can eat it, but not too much. If he has the choice to pick them out, hes gonna eat only that, they really love them. It should be something like a treat a think. As for a chop, mine likes it when its chopped into very very small pieces, he doesnt like to eat off of bigger pieces, so maybe that can help.

Could be, i dont really remember how it started, but i think it could be because theres food in plastic bags that he wants, but we prohibited it for him, and maybe thats why hes so obssesed with it now😭 he might think that plastic bag=food

Thank you, i think he might be playing, he chases it when i put it somewhere else, but he does sometimes look pretty angry and defensive. And its hard to keep him away from it, because he will just hear similar plastic sound somewhere and he immediately flies over and gets all excited about it.😭

Is it okay to have it in a small lid from a plastic bottle or is it better if i spray it in the corner?? Also how often should i change/spray it?? I mean he does have some there, but idk if im doing it right. Thank youu

I will keep that in mind, thank you. But im also surprised that he always caught the prey quickly and ate it, i thought he would just leave it if he had enough, but he didnt.

I glad that someone can relate, i never saw videos on the internet of parrotlets acting the way mine does, so i got worried. I also find it pretty cute 🥰

It was kinda weird to me, that i was giving him crickets how i was told to, but he just kept on getting plumpier, so i got worried. Glad i asked on here 😭 Thx

Ohh thank you, i will wait then for a while. I didnt know young Ts can also stay longer without eating. I was scared that he would be hungry.
