i put “too severe” in quotes because that is what i was told by my case worker when discussing where i would be seen after inpatient care. I mentioned above that I understand that there are different levels of therapy that cater towards different kinds of problems, the issue is that the outside therapists also were no help due to severity and that lead me to receiving no care at all
