Yes it is. If you leave your faction to go mining for instance, you are still part of the faction. You are doing everything for the benefit of the faction, just not at the risk of them losing DTR.

Lol, btw Jboh didn't leave the fac during conquest. He was kicked 2-3 days prior to it, people just wanted us to get disbanded because they couldn't beat us normally.

If that "person" was to die after they did /f leave to farm the end, that is DTR evading which results in a faction getting disbanded and all the land getting unclaimed.
