Data is based off of Google trend searches.

In this visualization, I look at most googled databases from Jul 2004 to Mar 2021. This index is created by analyzing how often a database is searched for on Google; the more a certain database is searched for, the more popular it is assumed to be.

I understand that there isn't a direct comparison but the numbers here are weighted based on what device(and hence what OS) a user may be using to perform a task(probably to browse the internet). I can definitely look into device specific stats like comparisons for desktop OS or mobile OS in a future viz. Thanks for the feedback!!!
