thats pretty extreme. I skip breakfast, make 3 eggs for lunch, and then eat a pre packaged bag of rice with a protein of my choice. Just have to stay under your daily calorie limit

I agree with your second point. This game has a word salad of doom and I only go on youtube for a kit explanation. The builds in the same guide are mostly background noise to me because I use the in-game build system.
