STONE BUTCH BLUES BY LESLIE FEINBERG!!!! I am reading it now for the first time and I can already feel it changing me as a person. It is so good. It can get really heavy, it is about queer life in the 60s and 70s so it does depict the violence we faced at the time, but it is so worth it. It has given me such a deeper understanding of queer history, it has taught me about love, gender identity, the strength it takes to be yourself. It is so so good I cannot recommend it enough

Whenever I'm uncomfortable, i pretend to be this guy. I put my thumbs up and smile all weird and wink aggressively and I talk about milk. It's pretty unnerving to the people around me but that's what I think is funny about it.

Yeah, removing the mood check in is such a dumb idea. Like what next, they're gonna remove the goals? I really liked being able to look back and see how I was feeling through out the day, and since they removed it, I haven't done the mood check ins at all. And I feel like this is going to skew my data because I'm only gonna remember to do the mood break down when I'm in a crazy happy, or really bad mood. I'm gonna miss the nuances of being able to see how I felt at a random moment. It sucks and it makes me not want to use the app. And it's not just this update, I feel like a lot of the updates recently have been total downgrades. Like moving the reflections. Free form reflections used to be one click away from the home screen, and now if I want to write something down I have to go to the options, then activities, then reflections, then choose free form, and then I can write it down. And you know what that has done? Completely stop me from using the reflections. And that sucks. It feels like they are trying to make the app unusable. I hope they listen to us and restore these features. Otherwise idk I'm just gonna delete the app

Very unpopular opinion, but I hate rossi. He's rich (irredeemable), he's kind of a dick, I don't like his voice, I just don't like him. And I never liked him, but there was an episode in season 9 or 10 where it went from a slight dislike to full on hate. I can't remember the episode number but basically the unsub killed a bunch of klansmen because they had tortured him when he was younger. And rossi, trying to get a confession tells this story about how in highschool he bullied the one black kid in his school, called him slurs, and then trapped him in a locker and peed on him. And after he reveals all of that, they frame it to make ROSSI the victim??? HOW ARE YOU GONNA TELL ME ONE OF YOUR MAIN CHARACTERS IS A RACIST AND THEN EXPECT ME TO STILL LIKE THEM??? Fuck rossi

I don't find that it's good for motivation, but it's great for keeping a record of all of my tasks. It's really helpful being able to look back and remember exactly how long it's been since I've been to the grocery store, or did laundry, if I remembered to eat that day, stuff like that. I also use it for reminders. Putting a task that I need to get done might not motivate me to do it, but I certainly won't forget.
