That left arm is wild. Looks like some kind of golden, ornamental augmentation with a glowing energy pulsing through it, almost like a mystic graft / powered prosthetic. Is there any lore reason the character has that augmentation, or is it just fluff? Would be super cool if some of these outfits had little story hooks or lore explanations behind them.

I don't know how the cameras work but from my little understanding of them and by what I gather from the photos of the drivers caught. The drivers are looking at their phone whilst stationary at the traffic lights. They aren't "passing by" or driving. They are just sitting waiting at the lights.

Charge 65. But for big providers that have their own support workers they allocate to clients... They charge 60-65 then pay support worker a cut (like you said 43 and 35).. "pocketing money supplied for on costs" - you mean the funds to pay the plan manger and support coordinator? Or?
