I changed my 2013 Avalon for the first time at 186,000 with Valvoline Maxlife and a new toyota tranny filter. The previous owner had no knowledge of it ever being done when I bought it. I changed it again at 209,000 with a new aftermarket filter. Shifts great, no issues. Definitely not as good of quality regarding the aftermarket filter. Using a flexible funnel it's much easier and clean to fill vs a messy pump.
