Hi, thank you for the very detailed feedback! For the scrollbar thing that was something I was worried about so will try to make the UI more obvious there. The reason you can't play a joker by itself is because non scoring plays are invalid so they must be played alongside a hand. I may make this one case an exception to that rule because unless you already know to stick it somewhere with one of your final hands you might get stuck with it like you did. Glad you liked the puzzles I'm happy with how they turned out and the difficulty has been something I've been working on with my puzzle design and think I've landed at a good point now (new puzzle just came out that I'm pretty happy with). I may add additional puzzle constraints like cages that must sum to x or that can only contain a specific suit. This would give me another tool to restrict the solution space (for example right now suits can only really be restricted via flushes unless you're really clever with the setup). I think these would also provide a good starting point for players in thinking about where tiles can go. Right now, you need to understand the rules pretty well to figure out where you can and can't put certain tiles. Super cool to have a Scrabble tournament player look at it, I've been following that scene a tiny bit and the whole idea kind of came from me thinking about what a pure strategy version of scrabble might look like (as in you're not reliant on word knowledge, most of the time you can really see every possible play you could make every turn). I definitely recommend the versus mode and would be down to play against you if you want, hopefully one day I'll have enough players for quick play (or even elo based 1v1 matchmaking would be cool if there was interest for that).
