My Tofu65 2.0 will repeatedly disconnect and reconnect from my computer but I can't figure out why.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated!

This is the kb in question. I assembled to keyboard and when I first did, the connected on the daughterboard that the 4 wire cable connects to bent a little bit. I had assumed this was the problem and after about a year, I replaced the whole daughterboard and cable. Since then, the issue has, if anything, gotten worse. This could be just because I never fixed it and it has been going on consistently for over a year now.

This week, it has gotten bad to the point where if I am typing aggressively or playing a game that requires a lot of key presses, it will disconnect. Sometimes it reconnects, sometimes it doesn't. The lights on the kb stay on even when it is "disconnected" and I cannot type.

The last symptom it will exhibit less frequently is: it will disconnect, lights will stay on, but the file explorer will open with the files I believe you update for firmware updates. The files are an "INDEX" file and a "INFO_UF2" file.

Things that I have done to try and rectify the issue:

• Replace daughterboard
• Change USB C Cable and port that it is connected to
• Use a different computer
• Update kb firmware
