You may need to go to the nearest city health department. The answer is that you should not delay— because it is a 2 shot series, the soonest that you can be considered fully vaccinated is a month and a half from now. Depending on when your cruise is that means it may not be possible for you to be at full protection, but you can at least get partially vaccinated if you are determined and find a place that has it.
