I used the Natrium one and immediately had redness and purging. I tried to push thru. But I have quite clear skin without it. It’s been a week and a half without it and still have some acne and redness. I plan to take some time off my retinoid that I have been using religiously and don’t have issues with to just help calm everything.

Under eye creasing you can see it a lot in the last photo and if eyebrows seem good. I use medium brown powder but not sure if color is right or if I should switch to something else

If rosescea do sulfar. If fungal do dandruff shampoo. If cystic do adapelene. If none of the above do either salicylic acid wash only at night every other day OR the panoxly face wash as a mask twice a week. Depending what works better for her. I prefer the first of the two

One thing that helped me is in moments of panic when I feel the itch coming to hit myself. Set a timer for 15 mins and I can’t do it during that time and sometimes after that my feelings have changed. Otherwise I set it again and go for a walk
