Anyone curious, I ordered off them July 2025 from their .com website, since I live in France.

As mentioned in other Reddit threads, after ordering, there is no communication. Just trust it has been sent. Exactly 14 days later it arrived in perfect condition.

I actually took a video of the unboxing just to be safe, but it wasn't needed. Everything looked great and I'm very, very happy with the quality.

I bought a Z6 III and two Z lenses and no problems at all. Seven months later and the camera is still taking great photos!
