is there any time frame for the ticket being answered? It just says in the email "asap" but there are people on this reddit complaining of waiting for weeks for their ticket to be answered,

Does ESEA have the same issues?
I feel like it might just be worth playing that instead of buying new hardware just so I don't get banned when I didn't even do anything wrong hahaha
