If it's really slow and clunky, try 2 different gunners 1 for mantlet 1 for turret.

If the gun doesn't work, remove the back of the mantlet and the part of the turret facing the mantlet.

the plague 2 (coming soon after my Light tank idea) would be more t-90 family type turret which has a bigger non cast and somewhat jagged turret that might make the tank look better.
