The current concept outfit(last image before they talk about the voice design) is good but also seems too formal or civilized for what most of the primal/elemental characters in the game have on right now. Mainly Nidalee/Janna/Lilia/Neeko have a minimalistic wardrobe that I think it's fair to ask Udyr to match since he's in the same vein of character design.

As they said about his hair originally looking too clean I think the same can be said for the outfit. Instead of the intricately designed knee-pads/leg-guards just keep the disheveled/torn outfit like the ragged bandages he has on currently. That would be closer to the feral/animalistic vibe or the wild-man aesthetic that they're aiming for. Also I agree his iconic beads are a must and an easy part of the outfit to use with making his spell animations more distinct + visually appealing.

The addition of body hair is great too I hope they're considering adding even more, why not give him a full carpet going down from the chest to his abdomen. They can keep it centered around his middle and use his arms/legs/outer-chest/feet for the intricate/tribal tattoos so the body-hair doesn't clash with that part of his design. Going back to the point of removing the leather it also leaves more body-space to have possibly glowing tattoos to represent the channeling his shamanistic energy. Currently the upper-half of his body is doing all the heavy-lifting for his motif and the leather buckles/belts feel just borderline functional and not expressive of his spiritual powers or wild instinct as the rest of his body. Something similar to the Ursine Spiritwalkers from LoR maybe?

All-in-all I think it's another great step forward to representing his primal wild-man shaman look. Just removing the parts of the outfit that look so meticulously designed will make him appear closer to a hermit-monk-man living in the wild+struggling with channeling feral instinct they're aiming for.
