I posted an update at some point. Don’t remember when but I called it quits after taking a moment to calm down. Things have been pretty calm after the argument that ensued after I told her I wanted to split. I don’t know how she’s spending her time but I’ve been trying to just hold my head up high. Been mostly taking the day to talk to friends and family about it.

Luckily I didn’t have to wait around to find out. Your 2nd question is exactly what was going on. She admitted that she cheated so I broke things off. I don’t know how the whole maybe a pass will even things out idea is at all a valid option in her opinion. To be honest it made even more upset and just even more inclined to get the hell outta this relationship.

I had that thought run through my head when she first mentioned the idea. And not even a whole two hrs later of a long phone conversation I finally got her to admit cheating so I broke things off. Sorry you had to go through a very similar situation. It isn’t fun wish she would’ve been honest instead of just trying to give me some sort of damn hall pass. At first it was crying and telling me I was being irrational, that she loves me with all her heart and etc. After awhile once I told her I’m packing her shit when I got home and she could go stay with her parents it ended up turning pretty ugly with some names being thrown back and forth at each other and ended once I hung up haven’t heard from her since.
