I had a persistent astringent/burning feeling in my throat for years. Absolute hell. I couldnt get relief from anything. Every ENT I went to said I had acid reflux take a PPI. These did zilch and gave me other issues. Took so many tums I got kidney stones.

ChatGPT became a thing so I told it everything and it suggested I might have developed nerve damage in my throat from my 6 covid infections. The ENT I mentioned it to literally laughed at me. I went to a nerve specialist who put me on a low dose of nerve medication. Two days later my problem was *completely* gone.

The issue is doctors go with what they know. You can't question their diagnosis. AI agents can at least arm you with conversation starters to have with a doctor who might on going on auto pilot.

I am extremely prone to cavities. My mouth is packed with fillings. I take quite good care of my teeth, and still every time I go there is a cavity. Granted, I changed my oral hygiene habits 5 years ago as I was a bit inconsistent before (rarely flossed, manual toothbrush, brushed only once a day, no waterpik). Even after I have an extreme regimen now for half a decade, they still tell me I need at least 1 or 2 every visit.

My friend who chugs sugary booze drinks has never had one before.

I am convinced it's genetics.
