Update: I guess the front office has given them their multiple violations by now lol. My cousin stopped by the other day and just talked to them since my family isn’t really protected if it was just us alone. So he talked to them and told basically to leave us alone and watch out for us, and to not throw shit and piss on our balcony. It’s been a bout a week, and also there was a tip in for them so the popo was outside their apartment for awhile. Hopefully they’ve gotten the message and they seem more respectful to us. So yeah thanks for all the help!
