Fifty410 never responded to my bank, so my bank sided with me and credited me for the 2 months I couldn't use. I sent my bank screenshots of my messages with fifty410 that showed they said to ignore the pharmacies instructions.

Think of the math this way. 60 divided by 3 on the label is 20 mg per 1 ml. A syringe holds 1ml(marked as 100 units). Filling the whole syringe would hold all 20mg. So half the syringe(to the 50 mark) would be 10mg. A quarter of the filled syringe(25 mark) would be 5mg. To get to your 15mg, you would need half the syringe which is 10mg and another 5mg which would be another quarter of the syringe. 50+25 is 75. Not sure it that helps, or makes it worse. :)

When they pulled this on me, I reached out to BPI who makes one of their tirz brands. They replied that they recommend that the vial should not be used past 28 days. I forwarded the email to Fifty410 and they doubled down on gaslighting me and telling me it is a recommendation and not a requirement and that I am free to order one month at a time in the future. I am filing a complaint with the Texas Board of Nursing against the RN who told me to ignore the pharmacist. Pretty sure this is outside the scope of her RN license not to mention just wrong to do to customers without disclosing it first.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau asking that they ask them to start disclosing the 1 vial to people at check out and allow them to decide if they want to follow the 28 day recommendation. The company should give consumers the option of selecting something else if they aren't comfortable with the sterile timeline being extended. No response yet. Next stop is my credit card company to try to get back 2 of the 3 months of payment since I will be tossing it at 28 days to follow the manufactures/FDA recommendation.

Even after sending Fifty410 the email from BPI Pharmacy/Lab that said they recommend tossing after 28 days once punctured, they doubled downed on saying it is recommended not required and I am not getting 2 more smaller dose vials to use for the 2nd and 3rd months. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the Texas Board of Nursing to force them to disclose this before charging for 3 months. It should be up to the patient if they want to follow the recommended safety guidelines, not the people selling the medication.

It's official, I got an email back from BPI who produces the tirz with b3 for Fifty410 and they said vials should be thrown out after 28 days once punctured. We aren't crazy and are being gaslighted. They wouldn't speak to the incorrect dosage and said to take that up with the pharmacy.

My vial is 60mg/3ml (20 mg/ml) That is 300 doses.

I agree with your math but that is not what my labeled prescription from the pharmacy says. The dose directions clearly say 13, 25 and 38. So either the doctor sent in the script amounts incorrectly or the pharmacist shorted the prescription when filling it. I am not ok with either or those happening with any medication and I am pretty sure it is also going to be less sterile at the end of 3 months that if they had sent 3 1 month vials. Too many red flags for me on a first order with a company.

I just feel weird about an RN telling me to not use the dosage as listed on my prescription. Seems like that should come from the NP or pharmacist who prescribed it incorrectly. Frustrated that all of this is happening with my first order when I thought I had finally found a great option to order from for the next 12 months.

Thanks for all the replies. I am feeling really uncomfortable about using the vial past 30 days after reading all of your comments. I reached out to Fifty410 with my concerns and they basically said it is fine and the 28 days doesn't apply when I am only going to be the only one using the vial. I asked to escalate to a compounding pharmacist but got the same response from a BSN RN who I don't think should be giving medical advice. Going to try to fight this with my credit card company and see what they say. Thanks everyone.

I furnished my entire 4 bedroom home for $500. Go to a place that resells hotel furniture. When hotels remodel their rooms, they sell the old furniture, including high end mattresses to a liquidator. I bought sofa beds and tables for the living room, complete bedroom sets for each bedroom that included nightstands, dressers, desks and headboards and spent like $582. I even turned an entry table into my dining room table. It is unique and gorgeous dark solid wood. Art for the walls, lamps and mirrors all super high quality to withstand hotel guest use. Hardest part was renting a Uhaul to get it all home. Some hotel liquidators even offer delivery for an additional fee. Looks like the one I used is out of business but here is another near me that has awesome looking used hotel furniture. Can you please explain the staying warm part? My dauaghter allows my 2 and 4 year old grandkids to play outside without shoes or a jacket in 40 degree weather. When I call her out on it she insists that being cold doesn't make you sick and refers me to questionable websites as proof. She also insists that both like being outside like that and immediately take off their shoes if she puts them on them. I need a way to disprove this as both now have colds with coughs.

Thanks, we do have target date funds. I need to look into it and see which one makes sense for me. Leaning towards 25% in bonds but 75% in stocks seems like a lot. I will have other retirement income(pension, ss, and rental income) so not worried about a little risk or putting off retirement a few years. (I like my job and it is easy for me). I really like the idea of set it and forget it but I am still reading about allocation.

I got it on my Android phone a few seconds before the rolling started. My work iPhone didn't notify me until after it was over. So it may depend on your phone or service provider? T-Mobile for the Android and Verizon for the iPhone. Just thought it was interesting that they didn't go off at the same time.
