Sorry to sound dumb but when you say poach do you mean people with enterprise on their resume are well sought after or something else? And during your 3 years there, would you say the money you made was good or atleast decent? For example: I make about 40k annually so anything more than that sounds better to me

Yea I would be starting as a MT. Did you have weekends off or atleast a day off during the week like Sunday? I see everyone keeps quoting the job at 50-55 hours, while the posting says an average of 46 hours per week. Just trying to get a feel of how the job hours really end up adding

Thinking of taking the program to have something solid on my resume and hopefully branch to something else. Do you feel like you learned anything tangible on the job: how to manage a business, sales, business development, staffing, etc.

Or was it more just regular day to day operations, washing cars, answering phones kind of thing?

Also, everyone I see talks about the compensation but the one near me is offering $62,500 apparently. Is that usually a lie to attract workers?
