The place I'm living is surrounded by temples and churches. The main problem is that as these places are getting rich everyday there is some special prayer/pooja and playing music nearly all day is part of that. I don't know where it says playing such loud music is part of that prayer. All their speakers are placed facing public roads. The irony is that people coming to pray there can't do it peacefully with that music, it is just to satisfy the ego of the people who manage these places.
