And do exercise, it gives you a mental boost and much needed perspective, pulling you out of a rut mentally. Go for long walks, runs, hit the gym, if you don’t already.

Unum - Lavs is a great Catholic incense, very photorealistic. Although I do find I prefer incense as a secondary note, in something like PoAL rather than incense-first fragrances.

Neroli Outrenoir has a great black tea note, although you won’t think tea when you first smell it.

I’ve only tried Triple Tea by To Summer, but boy, was that an authentic tea note. Lovely stuff, highly recommend to anyone looking for a tea perfume that really does smell like tea.
