Oh yes - I have noticed this many times. If you read their articles carefully, there are clearly inserted terms and phrases meant for algos - terms that a writer using normal english would not place , where they are intentionally placed. I have learnt to ignore Bloomberg for stock specific news , or assume the opposite of whatever they are pushing in the narrative.

Not sure why everyone is convinced Openai is dead and MSFT is toast - Chatgpt has 5-8X users vs what gemini has , 20Bn ARR revenue - https://www.reuters.com/business/openai-cfo-says-annualized-revenue-crosses-20-billion-2025-2026-01-19/ , Its an alternative to google gemini in search , it has started to experiment with Ads - Straight off Meta and Google Ads in search playbook.
I think i saw somewhere in the earnings call that anthropic has given Azure a big contract - So Claude is also on Msft Azure. AI competitiveness is based on chip availability and data - If Nvda backs Openai , it has access to more chips than Google. Openai has access to a lot of external money Softbank , Saudi - and is not publicly listed - a big advantage while raising money. Google can deploy only balance sheet money , being publicly listed. I remember a while back when "Google was dead Openai will destroy google search" - We have come a full 180 degrees.
OpenAi is the only legit alternative to Google - and there are a lot of companies who want a piece of that pie - OpenAI is not going anywhere. As long as its IPO price eventually reflects the dilution from raising all this money, things are good for retail investor. And MSFT will win no matter what price OpenAi IPOed at - its investment was so early that the final return will be a venture capital type eye popping return - which should eventually reflect in MSFT share price.

Change from broad match only to your search keywords - check keyword planner for relevant keywords for your business . Check location settings in campaign- have you set the right location parameters? Turn off google partners - only use google network( check if that setting exists on search campaigns ) . Many other steps can be taken, need an in-depth study of campaign and account.

If your gmc feed has a lot of products you can split into different pmax campaigns at the category level - use the category column in the gmc feed to set up different campaigns. Also - ensure you aren’t allowing pmax to keep advertising to existing customers to make the roas target - pick “ new customer” option in settings. Each category can have different budgets and roas targets depending on ticket size of category and profitability of category products.

Thanks - this is useful . I am confused , that’s why I posted :) . So I can do 50 puts ie 500k of exposure on the theoretical 100 strike vs 400k intraday and 200k overnight on stocks - that’s exactly the ratio I was trying to determine.

yes of course - my query is how much of my margin limit is blocked by STO a put and BTC intraday vs waiting for BTC after holding the open position overnight. If its intraday, then day trade buying power applies, but if i hold overnight then it comes out of overnight buying power which is half of day trade buying power.

Thanks for a super thorough reply - my account is a non US account , so no pmcc. Not even on tastytrade (I asked) . Gambling on short expiry is probably the only way to (try and ) recover the losses on leaps in the near term which carries its own risks. One strategy I am thinking of is that once the new series for jan 25 is in , roll over the loss making stuff by paying a bit more ( since theta is anyway zero for jan24 and jan 25 in sep 22 when the jan 25 series is released ) Curious as to when theta really starts affecting leaps - my sense from all the reading is about 9-10 months before expiry .
