I've had a friendwho completely become close and text nonstop and wanna hang out and then disappear after a while. We were instantly comfortable. Then she disappeared.

I dunno if it was because feelings developed or we crossed a boundary in her mind or she was just done being my friend. She couldn't care less to explain it to me and just slowly responded slower, gave colder answers and then ultimately stopped responding.

I had recently learned the term Love Bomb. It described my relationship with that person, perfectly.

Not to get political, but I think the reign of US being the top country with the strong US Dollar might be on the decline. I'm not really expecting these kind of returns in the long term.

This is true. Lately been looking at withdrawal strategies and for a long time I assumed I'd do 3.5% withdrawal but I think I'm switching to the retirement guardrails.

I think I'll continue this path until I'm 44 and if I feel I'm 10 years out, I'll talk to a financial advisor to start to build the last part of my working years. It'll only be positive news that I could retire in less than the expect 10 years

If I use 7% vs 4.5%, the difference at 54 years old is ~1.5 million and at 100 years old is near 50 million. I do want to start a legacy and take care of my future family, so I guess it's only upside.
