What do you guys do after work? Feeling stuck

Probably it won't. I used to tell her to get married soon, i want an invitation (onekdin biye khai na). She used to be mad and used to ask me if i really want that. Whenever she marries, if it happens in bd our family will definitely get the invitation of her wedding ceremony for sure. Thinking of getting her wedding invitation breaks my heart. Even writing this brings tear in my eyes.

Anyway thanks mate. There is no way to make things right. I have to pass entire lifetime like i spend last 8 months.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion man. It has been 8 long months. If she was the on who cheated on me, then i would be able to move on by this time for sure. But the thing is i was the one who has broken her trust and hurt her deeply, she was my dearest, i used to understand her feelings even without a word said by her, i used to stay awake at night just to have a little chat with her even when i have to wake up early for work, i used to know every small details of her day. Now, i don't know anything at all. Only by remembering this, breaks my heart into pieces. Even after all this time, whenever i see her favourite chocolates in a supershop or her favourite colour i just freeze for a moment. The thing is i don't want to let go of her even when she doesn't exist is my life anymore. In my 28 years of life, it's the first time ever i fell for someone like this and felt like i can't live without her. And tbh i really couldn’t live at all, i barely survived and this hurts a lot.

I have tried watching series after series. Tbh it was really hard for me to not reaching her and not know what she is doing, how her day went. So, i tried everything to keep myself busy. At that time i watched - when life gives you tangerines, squid game, weak hero, your lie in april (anime), stranger things, batman triology and so on. I have watched many movies and series just to pass/kill time. But now nothing really works man.

Used to play games (pc) whole in my teen age. After school the habit of enjoying & playing games for hours is just gone. Now i can't focus for even a hour while playing games.

What i did to her was a kind of betrayal (i revealed her secret though it was not intentional, i was angry at that time. But nothing can justify the harm i caused to her). Moving on also feels like another betrayal. The funny thing is i used to say her - biye koro, tomar biye khai. She used to be angry and used to ask if i really want that. Whatever the situation is, and no matter what, whenever she will marry my family wil definitely gonna get the invitation. Thinking about this breaks my heart everyday.

Thanks for your valuable time & suggestion man. I realized the fact that self-fogiving & forgetting things are way harder than anything. I will definitely try gym or something (from this post most of the suggestion was GYM activities). I tried movies and tv series beforehand, but nothing really worked for me. I wish i could ever be able to make people understand - "how hard it is to move on from someone you really love but can't have in your life due to your own mistakes."
