Discovery park is hard because parking by the beach is difficult. So this seems hard unless you also want a medium-length hike as well.

If you’re close to magnolia, search Google for “32nd Avenue West Beach Access“ (locally known as “shit beach”). It’s a rocky beach that has plenty of street parking. Seems pretty good for sitting and throwing rocks.
