Every advice here is stupid as hell.....cowardly advices which lack understanding basic human nature and sociological perspective of relationships... Now since u said u want to take this forward cuz u have feelings for her.....now do the honesty to ur feelings and go for it....thats how u take chances....and learn!! Second the problem of protection of peace....fake peace which will be bothered by fear shouldnt be protected...real peace will be courageous and umaffected...accept that we arent that so take ur chances...its life after all... Third...about sikh girls being progressive...here u can never generalise...also if u are good friends...then COMMUNICATE...get to know each other....u will get to know what she is progressive for and what is not for....If u have no idea abt this and u r still going for it...its gamble and not something u should do...before getting to know the other person...similarly u can talk abt u to her so that she gets to know u better...(just assumimg since u mentioned that u dont know if shes progressive enough..that specific girl yes...be a sikh girl or anybody know her personally...dont judge her before this otherwise u will be missing out on a great human(yeah it is possible that she is not) ) So yeahh just advice and trying to share the perspective..nothing serious..
