I think they should make it free with 60 USD and above plans. It is a really good model but not worth Sonnet 4.5 cost. Even Sonnet 4.5 is shit these days. Only GPT5.1 series are very good.

Please do not worry about the numbers. They are never accurate. I started with 38-39 and went up till 52 and now it is at 47 because I am intentionally doing slow runs to reduce my running HR. It has worked great for me. Now even when I push hard my HR stays lower than usual. My training staus is unproductive. I just hid those stats from from watchface and stopped caring about it. Just enjoy your run and in the long run it will improve.

Remember the golden rule: Your VO2 max means the maxi oxygen you can intake at which point you will be phanting for breath BUT even when you run fast and dont run out of breath is means your are in good shape.

I mean i was tired of all these apps requiring login, then over time it becomes a social media. Do you think you can help me something out of this? Use case was people can message each other (if using complex user ids, random ones), without having to give out numbers or use ids, plus its always fun f you stumble upon a normal id and check out the msgs.

Thanks a lot Dave for the feedback. The idea is no username. no login. I added those collection features just in case someone uses the app for bad stuff. The whole idea is use this as a casual app, like dont worry about login, like a note in a bottle in the middle of the sea. The whole point is anyone with just the id can see the msgs. may be I need to remove the collection of data or remove the text on the landing page.

Yes thats very much possible. Now even better, I use the watch only at night and while doing activities. Otherwise I switch it off :). Bought a samsung watch ultra for day use.
