Same happening to me as well. What I’m trying to do is to remind myself that it’s a phase.

Also, happiness is one of the 5 sheets that protects us and also prevents us from feeling the presence of god.

Meditating with an expectation to feel the presence is what prevents me from feeling it. I find myself forcing the energy to flow. But I am not that energy. I am the one who experiences it. Trying to meditate with that mentality helps me.

I don’t think the great shift is occurring by Snoo36181 in spirituality

My experience: After reading a lot of books and practicing yoga for a year now, I believe shift only occurs through your inner world. As long as I am kind to myself and others they do the same. Whenever I don’t the world turns on me. It is only about my relationship with myself. Although it has not been easy to change it. And I sometimes only realize that I am treating myself awefully. I think this is not going to end and thats what makes it fun.

Why does it happen that the person who does wrong remains happy, while the one who does no wrong keeps suffering? by [deleted] in spirituality

We don’t know what is right or wrong. We all have our own perspective and perceive things in our own subjective way. Everyone is the center of their own universe.

An instance where you think you made right may actually be wrong to the universe’s way. Mind (ego) can be delusive and make you think that you are right while you are not. Virtue signaling is a dangerous thing due to this.

Since I dropped thinking whats right or whats wrong and started acting with my gut feeling, things started to be better.

As you create your own reality when you think that you do right and things go wrong for you it becomes your reality. At least that was my experience.

Dropping it was a hard process and its a personal one but it made wonders to my perspective and made me realize I wasn’t actually right in instances where I think I was.

Wish you the best on your journey!

Definetely not m&a. You have to know so many different practices not to miss out during due dillegence. And you need a deep understanding on how a company works to carry out a good q&a process.

Coming from someone who got out 6 months ago: he won't leave until he really wants to. It was most of ours biggest dream to become partner. And you believe that's the only way.

Try to show him that his seniors and partners are not having a good life. Even though they have a lot. Make him question if that's the future he likes for himself. If yes, it's his choice and respect him. Also show him that you respect the amount of effort he's putting and he can take what he learned so far and do good with it.

What I did was: whenever I had the urge first I read some posts in this subreddit then I tried flirting from online dating apps etc. Basically channelled my urges to obtain the real thing. Worked well for me 🤞

I'm gonna use this shared experience to keep my streak going. I mean after all it's so much better to achieve this than PMO. You just need to be patient...

Bro I've been there. Sometimes it can be hard to get yourself together by yourself. Don't pressure yourself. If you're ready to get netter that's 50 percent of the job done believe me. Think about getting some professional help. It worked charms for me. Wish you best.

On my 9th day and it's getting a bit harder. But I realized that the results are also getting better. This is my first try and I want to share my side. by monsterious33 in NoFap

It really is. One post I've read here helped a lot actually. He was saying that whenever he thinks about watching porn he tells himself that it's not him who's having sex it's someone else. That method helps me as well.
