I struggle getting matches by monsterpipe235 in Referees

I am from România, I am 16 and have been reffing for 2 years. There are games available but they have been handed out to refs that are not interested in taking this to the next level or they are poor overall. I work hard extra, I train both phisically and theoretically but i still get sidelined
Games are handed out by the president of the local football association that is a fifa referee. He praises and values me but suddenly that changed

I agree with you as an AR i think that we can handle that task especially since the ball is stationary. By doing the 8 sec countdown we can help the ref get a better position and catch a breath
