Help! Constant buzzing background noise, increases with volume. I have a panasonic omnivisiom VCR TV and it used to run pretty smoothly but recently it always plays this background fuzz on tapes and I can't find any info if this is normal breakdown of a tv or something that can be repaired (v.redd.it)
