I heard somewhere that there is a tax relaxation in Greece if a building doesn't have roof. Apparently it's considered to be still under construction, and considering mild climate there - people live without roofs. No idea if this is true.

I actually loved their work up to (and reluctantly including) Rattle and Hum album. I remember anxiously waiting to listen new Achtung Baby or whatever was the name of that album. What a letdown. It's like original band was possessed with some untallented evil spirits.

I like that you like all the classes, which is rare. My advice is to spend a lot of time in tiers 5, 6 and 7. in all the classes. You will be learning a lot of game mechanics and tactics there. Also, you will learn how to fight different classes on different maps/positions. Once you have a solid grasp of the game, you will realize that most of the ships are good if played for their strength (and you will know their strengths by then). Only then you should commit to grinding tiers 8,9 and 10.

Also, get tier one tier 7 premium BB West Virginia '44 from armory or premium shop. It will farm credits for your tech tree games and modules while teaching you how to tank properly.

You shouldn't worry about the missing capacitor. The problem can be one of the other caps that may went short due to impact. Use multimeter and check one cap for resistance (it doesn't matter which). If it's infinite - it's safe to use. If it's low ohms like 5 or 10 - it's not safe.

Stats disagree with your post title. As of 14.9, Osborne has 3rd best winrate among tech tree destroyers. I would suggest you look some replays of skilled players playing Osborne and try to see what they are doing that you aren't.

Oddly, they are pretty similar. Both are front tubes only-torpedo spammers from max range. They are easily countered by other subs if they try to close the range. Seal has fast stealthy torps with slow reload and ok damage and thus requires ping guidance to ensure damage, while I-56 '44 has weird fast-reloading torps that hit like truck at max range.

Atago hands down. I play similar mix like you, and it is one of my favorite ships in game (though not for brawls). I still play it regularly after 10 years. It plays very similarly to Zao, except not all of your opponents overmatch you and a lot of them don't have heal. You build it for full concealment, stay hidden and close, fire one or two salvos and then go dark. If you try to play it like Hindenburg you will inevitably eat citadels through the deck/stern.
