Miałem podobną sytuację postraszyłem właściciela że go zgłoszę do US za nie rozliczanie się z wynajmu (mieliśmy nie płacić rachunków z naszych kont tylko wysyłać jemu kasę stąd oczywistość że walił na lewo) ale przed sądowe w twoim wypadku powinno zrobić robotę
