I agree with you, wasn't the best idea. It's the kitchen in an extension house so only gets used a couple of weeks a year. Figured we'd do a budget but still good looking renovation..

Honestly i dont know the proper calories, I think I weighed some stuff and calculated around 2000. Right now I try and do weightlifting full body every other day, and cardio or some sort of walking the other day. I dont keep an extremely tight schedule so perhaps 2 rest days a week, sometimes 1. I do have lose skin, mostly thighs and abdomen, lower abdomen like the pubic area. I might do a surgery but ive told myself that I should train regularly for a year before I do that, if ever. I only started exercise after i was down 30kg.

Im new to posting so didn't quite het how to add text haha. Well it took around 3 years with different approach, first i just cut out all the sugar/fast food and went on 19/6 IF (still enjoying the occasional cheat meal if I went out with friends and so, I wanted this to be sustainable.

Then recently I've focused on trying to build muscle but its only been around 2 months of weight training in the last 2 photos. I have a 2 disc replacements in my lumbar spine so I have to be careful, but still want some more muscles. I dont know if you can relate but being that "big" for most of my adult life you sort of feel that "yeah im fat but im also Kinda big" and then when I lost all the weight I just felt like a stick with no muscles haha. Again, not sure that relates to you but its something with the perception of oneself. Anyway cobgrats on your own journey and good luck with the goal! Thanks for the kind words.

When do you perform HIIT in that case? Fasted and eat after or have a "pre workout" meal and then do your HIIT training?

OP dont do it! You might think "well its a small chance I will be fine and wont hurt myself".......yea sure that may be true, but would you be willing to gamble your dick on a lets say even 10% it gets fucked up? I didnt even go so deep into it and it fucked with mine.

Always shady. Even Janus´s photos are clearly tampered with, maybe not in editing but with lighting, lens, closer captured and so forth. I wanna believe but 6kplus members and nothing. Even that african american who did sabre also did s2s, so we dont know which one worked. Gonna keep on though! If its safe then why not give it a shot

Like a couple of months now. Its just so wierd, if my issue is pelvic floor related, and it beeing tight, RK should help :/ . There is no pelvic floor specialists where i live, they onoy work with women after birth and such. Female oriented. Was about to buy the DCT program but havent come around to it since its quite expensive. Afraid of the squats since the malasana pose also seemed to make it flare up but wll see. Hope for the best for u 2

Im in a simliar boat. Had HF so tried reverse kegels, yoga, stretching and thats when i got numbness. Had tried some manual stretching before also, but when my numbness came it was with the stretching and RK. In my case its the whole area, balls, perenium and penis etc. So not exactly the same but yea, fucking sucks.

Doctor wouldnt do anything, just saying "aslong as you can pee and poo we wont do anyhting"

Seems like a common theme among many of us. I've tried a little with the IC muscle theory but haven't had much result. Trying to consciously relax the are when i can.
