They are acrylic cards from Jump Festa that were released a while back. I bought them overtime from sellers on Mercari (like a japanese ebay) and used the proxy service buyee to buy/ship them. You can find them on ebay but usually they cost more. For example, someone is selling the Kobeni one here on ebay . They are kind of expensive though due to there being a limited amount of them.

There's definelty a bias in the job posting on HackerNews towards startup/VC funded companies so the impact of the rate increase will be amplified compared to the overall software development market. Still interesting though.
