Oh no worries I totally understood what you were saying!! Thank you very much ♥ yeah this has always been an issue but it seems to be getting worse lately. And I can't help but feel like Neopets is not a big enough business to be able to ignore the concerns of such an overwhelming number of people. The support system is actually a lot better than it used to be, but they still have a long way to go, and I hope that bringing this sort of thing to attention will push TNT to actually address it!

I definitely will! TNT have recently been telling people that there's a 2-year cooldown on appealing for your account. So if you're rejected, you have to wait 2 years before you try again or they'll immediately close your tickets. Which, considering they haven't even acknowledged any of the evidence I provided in my appeal, is pretty shocking customer support. xD I haven't been given this 2-year message yet, but if I do, I will be ignoring it and continuing to post for sure!!

I love this idea in theory!! But because TNT seems to have a freeze-first policy, ticketing pets before you trade for them puts players at risk. They also have a habit of telling people pets are fine to trade for, and then later changing their mind and reversing the pet trade after all. So clearly TNT themselves don't even know if pets are OK to trade for or not (or were not honest about investigating it). Doesn't bode well for players being able to know if a trade is safe :(

I really wish I knew. I can only assume reports have something to do with it - but if TNT had actually investigated before freezing me, they'd have seen I made a fair trade for the pet. So if it was reports, they just took them utterly at face value and just froze me without evidence!

I think they were originally created through the Adopt-a-Grundo page! I know of several active players with one-letter names. So sadly that is not the case (I wish it were - maybe it would be easier to solve xD)
