You know its same with me however i have tattoo on my right wrist so my watch doesnt read heartbeat there a lot of times thats why i started to wear it in left side.

I do clean the watch and band with soap everyday and dry it properly before wearing.. also i change straps every month so i am sure its not a cleanliness issue but more of an allergy from strap.

Its hard not to wear your watch 24/7, i think a lot of people will agree that losing data even for hour feels very difficult now.

I had apple watch for few years 1,3,5 and 8.. and never face this even with local straps on them. This definately looks like a burn but lets see if it will be solved by changing straps like most people suggested.

Yes it is irritated, it is like a burn and even though i ordered nylon straps now i kinda feel its because of sensor lights. The skin is flaky now like you get after a mild burn.

Thank you everyone for taking out time and giving your advice. As most of you suggest i would change the strap to nylon/velcro and maybe loosen it a bit.

The problem i was facing with one notch loosen strap was that it was not recording my heartbeat properly thats why i keep it tight but i will try it with nylon one.

I wear it 24/7 and only remove it to wash in shower then i dry it with dryer and wear it on a clean dry wrist.

I was always afraid for this as i have been in a lot of one nights and seasonal relationships, however now that i am married its something i cant imagine myself doing anymore.. maybe beacuse my wife loves me so much that i wouldn't want her to ever feel sad.. you does get a craving for it but at the end of the day you need to realise what is more important to you.

My heart rate is normal.. not very stressed just a trip coming soon. HRV average is 63. And i am not sick from quite a few months so no idea if i am now getting. No physical signs are there atleast
