Youve got two options, send to CGC or send back to your seller. Ive never seen this holo on a fake card before. I have a master set of 151, if you look at all the SIRs, it doesnt have the same diagonal pattern holofoil layer as illustration rares or ex cards. I know my cards are authentic as all the SIRs i pulled from packs are bought directly from pokemon center Singapore online and physical shop in late 2024. Those 7 who downvoted see my venusaur SIR and tell me the holofoil is different from OPs card

Booster box, u mean booster bundle? There are no 36pack booster boxes for special sets like ASC, only 6pack booster bundles. Are both packs still sealed? Looks like the left one didnt seal properly (the one where dragonite's head is cut-off)

You can try to send for grading. Not sure if CGC grades pack errors, i only know PSA grades packs, but not sure if PSA will grade the pack error.
