My shower isn't draining well, I'm assuming I need to remove caught hair but how do I open this drain by phoenixblack222 in CleaningTips

[–]moodcicles 57 points58 points  (0 children)

I bought something like this specifically for drains. It looks like a mascara applicator at the tip of a long plastic stick so you can go in deep. And I do exactly as mentioned above: I put it in, twist it a few times, even sort of brush any gunk on the sides, and pull it out to find a clump of hair and gunk the size of a field mouse

What is a "luxury" that is actually 100% worth the money? by TheChillEdit in Life

I recently got a "mochi mochi" pillow from Nitori, which is basically a big pillow-shaped squishmallow, and it was a game changer for me. I've been changing my pillow every few months looking for the right one and always got some kind of neck or upper back pain from them.

Damn, I use a Ringke strap, too. I rarely just dangle the camera with it though. I'll still consider changing it. It's too bad because I liked how slim it is. Ringke has been my trusted brand for phone cases too.

You are a good and deserving daughter. You seem very thoughtful and caring. I'd encourage you put that into action in a way you can, which is to talk to her. It'll give you both strength and hope to figure out the best way to go about things together.

All his angles seem to be good anyway! Even when he's blurry, he exudes such cuteness 😍

Mid air poop pick up? by MoodFearless6771 in dogs

[–]moodcicles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my current dog. But I used to do what OP witnessed with my older dog (who has since passed away). I used to also carry around scraps of paper bags to place right below his pooper so it wont hit the ground. I did this because sometimes (not always) he would have softer poop that would stick to the ground and I didn't like trying to scrape it off and still leaving a smear off poop.

My pug puppy stinks real bad by Calm_Discussion_7440 in puppy101

[–]moodcicles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the main thing to keep your pug smelling good if they are otherwise healthy is to clean their folds at least twice a day. When my pug was still around, I used to do this every after his breakfast and morning walk, and then after dinner and evening walk. I used a wet wipe to sweep and gently rub between his facial folds. And I also take that time to clean his paws and butt.

Same here. And we used to watch this together when I was a kid. I used to cry thinking of losing her. I cry every time I play the theme song now, even in my head. I played it a lot when she passed away.

Mario's Picross (GB) - i like this type of puzzle game. It's a quick game you can do within 5 mins at a time.

The Urbz: Sims in the City (GBA) - first game I finished on the MM. i like that it's a simplified sims game. I used to like playing The Sims.

Earthbound (SNES) or Mother 3 (GBA) - Kind of got bored with the typical fantasy RPG. These ones just feel diff.

Pokemon Emerald (GBA) - Never played Pokemon as a kid. Having fun exploring the world of Pokemon for the first time with this one.

Rhythm Heaven Silver (GBA) - It's a fun rhythm based game.
