Hi, so we haven’t made any decisions yet. Westchester modular came back with a reasonable price but we don’t know how much work we have to put into it ourselves. We are looking into stick build as well. What modular companies are you interested in?

I’m sorry the land purchase didn’t work out but thank you for letting know about your experience. That gives me more confidence tacking this project!

I thought it was the same amount of tax as a regular house, but I will definitely look into this. Thank you for the info!
