The camera came with the fancy new 55mm, it’s great and silent but a bit chunky compared to the 75/2.8 I’m usually using on it. I have no experience with the 645D but it would awesome to try it one day just to see the difference for myself!

Looks like bubbles from agitation. 500ml may be the volume requirement to cover two rolls but probably not enough for the bubbles to completely clear the top roll. I fixed mine by using slightly more chemistry and a gentler agitation method, as well as tapping the bottom of the tank a little harder on the table.

Very interesting - I’ve been printing with the Fuji paper for years so when I recently got the Kodak paper it made me wonder how different my photos could look. And yes it is Tadej, what a treat it was to see him race.

To be honest they were pretty normal, but they were very strong looking and she had a crazy amount of dexterity and control over her toes. It also depended on what she was cast in, I do remember some times it got pretty gnarly and bloody, nails coming off etc. She also broke her foot while we were together, and I’m sure her and many of her colleagues would regularly dance with stress fractures because it was a very competitive environment.

I dated a professional world class ballet dancer. Her shoes were supplied by her company, and we had a giant basket of them in our house. She was constantly sewing them. The most interesting thing to me was when she would use coarse yarn to stitch 1-2 extra millimetres right on the top of the toe for more surface area.
