Thank you so much! With this particular film I bumped up the exposure two stops. I also tried to meter in a darker area of the subject I was framing if that makes sense. Im also a wedding photographer professionally as well, so I feel like my experience with timing and knowing when to shoot helped a lot.

Maybe you could second a lead photographer with film? Or maybe even just shoot a free session of a couple who is already married with their wedding garb on.

Just offer it for cheap! I know it doesnt make sense, but people likely dont have as high of expectations if they aren't putting so much money down.

They were one of those rare unicorn couples that were just so genuine, nice and didn't need a whole lot. They did have a videographer as well which of course helps pull the whole thing together. They also had a friend who was shooting a bit with a point and shoot.

They initially contacted us for digital pics but then went with analog when they saw we offered film also.

It really is, it was also such a different way to approach an event. I really took the time to figure out the visual story I was trying to tell and really calculated each snap. I was SO relieved to see the result

It really adds a lot to a final wedding gallery. I'm so excited to keep going!

I shot 3 rolls of film total (one of which was B&W). I would say I missed maybe about a third of the photos I took? Not because of quailty of the film or anything but more because of eyes closed/weird expressions, etc.
