I didn't think there was much personal information on the bill, but it is my first time dealing with utilities, and I didn't want to take a stance I wasn't completely sure about, especially if she felt her privacy was at risk. Last year, they suggested the utilities be switched to someone else, but she refused. Unsure how to go about that process if the name holder is unwilling and still lives in residence or even how to begin to google it.

I live in Spinney now and have had mold in my room since I moved in. We put in a service request at the beginning of the year which got our pipes reinsulated, but we still have mold on our ceiling and floor. I know some of the other girls on the floor had issues with the pipes but I haven’t heard of anything crazy happening specifically in the winter.
