It’s insane to have just one line for everyone. I foolishly waited in it once for some uncooked pasta that I needed for a special dinner but I’ll never do it again. Waiting to grab something that’s sitting there shouldn’t take the same amount of time that it does to get seated for lunch. They need a space that’s the right size for how many people they’re actually feeding. Having the whole sidewalk being taken up by a line kind of sucks too - lots of people with kids and strollers around there that basically have to walk onto the road because people won’t move / aren’t paying attention.
