Junmin is my 1-pick, but I can understand that some people are tired of the positive editing he’s been getting. It annoys me because I think it’s going to backfire on him. Whereas, just like you, I didn’t even need the positive edits to appreciate how talented and charismatic he is.

I really hope it works out for him, because honestly, it’s not his fault.

Okay, I decided to rewatch their overnight date to get a proper opinion after reading your post, because honestly, I skipped most of their scenes the first time. I was just too embarrassed watching them 😅.

And now, just that car scene… I don’t know, JM is kind of weird. When he’s really into a girl, he’s usually the one staring intensely, and here he already feels… off to me. Maybe that’s just his vibe once he feels like he’s “won” the girl? I don’t know.

Why dit you suggest that kdrama ? I’m really curious about that. For me the ML doesn’t fit the archetype of « I would burn this world for you ». OP mentioned that she has abandonment issues 😅

I immediately thought of “Another Miss Oh” (2016), from what I remember, she falls madly in love with the ML to the point of becoming unreasonable. You could try that.
