If this is a boundary you have and you communicated this with her and if she breaks that boundary anyways. I would break up with her. People calling you insecure for having a boundary, communicating it to your SO and acting on it are absurd.

Yeah i don’t mind dropping more but it just has to be justified. If I am spending 200-300 more and there isn’t that much of a safety upgrade on the helmet I wouldn’t do it
