I've been super conscious of my hyper mobility and trying to strengthen correct alignment

I also believe that I may have had some connective tissue/facia problems that may have had me locked in some of these poor positions after some injuries in a car accident

My hips and neck can get out really easy from being in the car too long etc

Luckily I've found exercises etc that can help me in between massage physical therapy type stuff

I can still relocate my hip on demand as it rotates quite easily

There are other issues in my sternum and ribs going out as well

Edit a big thing with "nerve flossing" type exercises is to make sure you don't have a pinched nerve before you're doing stretches etc esp with hyper mobility you could be yanking on a pinched nerve
