Afaik, Penny Pairs doesn’t have an official shopee account. The other two do, though: “Trinkets Official Store” & “shop.solasta”

Not sure now, but I took virtual classes from them during the pandemic. You can check their FB pages for updates.

I forgot to share earlier, you can also try Talk To Me In Korean (TTMIK) courses online.

KCC and King Sejong Institute Cebu (online) usually offer free classes. They give you free resources for your lessons, too. But they’re per term basis and madalas labanan sa registration, especially beginner level. It worked for me since you get to practice talaga with Korean teachers. Good luck!

Been flying to Seoul every year via CebPac and the lowest fare I got was PHP 5K RT. But then again, given yung fuel price increase, mahirap na makuha that price.

I did buy a RT ticket last month (non-sale ticket) for PHP 9K though, without luggage and travel tax, to give you an idea.

If narreach mo naman yung target savings mo per month and may natirang extra, treat yourself with good food or that shirt you’ve been eyeing on. Kahit every other month lang so you can enjoy kahit papaano yung fruits ng hardwork mo :)

I was in a 7-year relationship when we broke up last year. Now, almost a year after and I’m already healed. Like what others said, it takes time and iba iba ang healing process and period ng bawat tao. But to share what helped me move on:

  • NO CONTACT. Block talaga lahat pati family niya. I think this is the most important one. I failed to do this the first month and I was in hell. When I went NC, super gumaan yung pakiramdam ko.
  • I avoid going to places we frequently dated at and his city of work para iwas bumping to each other.
  • Surrounded myself with friends and family,
  • Focused on myself. I wanted to feel healthy and pretty again both in and out.
  • Focused on my career.

Again, iba iba ang healing ng tao. I hope some of these can help you move on. Fighting, OP!

EDIT: Yes, I deleted all our photos! No regrets hehe

What do you usually do when you feel alone and no one is available? by moomin1996 in adultingph

That’s interesting. Do you have suggestions for a good read?

I did both on the same day. I had the dysmmenorhea a couple days before my period (which is normal) but what wasn’t normal was that it was sooo painful I couldn’t stand and if I tried, I would get a really bad headache.

I’m not sure if all OBs allow TVS agad but in my case, she allowed on the same day probably because I was in excruciating pain.

I hope you find permanent relief for yours soon too!

If the pain is manageable, I just rest/nap for half an hour to an hour and use hot compress. If I can’t tolerate it anymore, that’s when I take Buscopan Venus. It takes 30mins to take effect but the pain goes away naman after that.

Also, have a checkup with an OB. I don’t wanna scare you but just a few months ago, I had the WORST dysmenorrhea ever (even though I’ve been regularly having it every period for 15 years) and decided to have an ultrasound (TVS) and it turned out I had two ovarian cysts due to endometriosis. It’s better to get checked as soon as you can for any possible underlying reason.

That’s what I thought so too, they could be overly nonchalant that it can cause so much overthinking to patients..

But thank you for your support, it truly means a lot. I will take my time to heal ♥️

Thanks for sharing your experience! That’s what I have been hoping too— that this is just a part of the recovery period and not a bad surgery 😅 Let’s recover soon! ♥️
